PL-02 ε-Polylysine + Natamase

PL-02 is mainly composed of ɛ-Polylysine hydrochloride and glycine, which are both antibacterial agents derived from fermentation. Compared with PL-01, the addition of glycine provides an acid environment that allows the ɛ-polylysine hydrochloride to function better.


Appearance: Light yellow powder or liquid, no agglomeration

Smell: Odorless

Ingredients: ɛ-Polylysine hydrochloride, glycine

Functions: Inhibition to gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria, yeasts, viruses, etc.

Application: Be used as antiseptic in cosmetics, household chemicals, medical materials, pet food, fruit, vegetables, beans, edible fungi, rice products, wheat flour, coarse cereal products, meat products, condiments and beverages.

Dosage: Be added in accordance with the provisions of GB2760 and production requirement
