Due to Covid-19, order processing and shipping timelines may be slightly delayed.
Lead Time
It typically takes 7 business days for orders to process and leave our warehouse. Processing time do not account for weekends or holidays. However, we have the ability to respond quickly to special requests if need be. Remote locations may require additional time for transportation.
Sample Delivery
We have partnered with FedEx and DHL to ensure quality delivery of your samples.
Cargo Transportation
For cargo transportation, we mainly use sea transportation or air transportation through freight forwarder. The shipping method and level of service you choose, as well as your order’s total weight and volume, will determine your shipping rates.
